"Tim has served my family and I wonderfully, ever since we moved to the area in the 1990s and had renter's insurance and auto insurance. Denise was super responsive and helpful when I called today to change coverage and add vehicles to my auto policy. They have worked hard to process both home and auto claims in a timely fashion and often have saved us money."

"Not sure if this group of people or if this office of Tim Pruitt exists. Can never get anyone to answer the phone. Tried to pay them over a week for an entire years worth of insurance and nobody would pick up the phone. Never tried so hard to give someone money. Finally called an 800 number to ask for help and how to make that payment since the app does not work either."

"Got turned away twice at the receptionist desk twice because we didn't have the police report with the other party at fault. We had the case number though. We weren't offered to talk to an agent in this office. We were only instructed to reach out to the other insurer to file a claim on our own. That has taken nearly 2 weeks to get an answer from them. I have been with State Farm for 15 years and I was severely disappointed with the service in this office. I had to go online and via phone to get help but even that has proven to be very difficult. Considering changing insurers after this claim is all over."

"Poor customer service"

"Awful business. They took a payment and failed to tell me because my 24 yr old son was on my insurance, they will not renew my insurance. I have a special needs daughter and couldn't get her to the hospital. I was not insured. Had my insurance laps and now I had to come out of pocket double because they would not reinstate me. I showed proof that my son was never on my insurance and that he has his own and they still canceled me. I have always been on time I've never made a late payment. They don't call me back when I leave a voice message and the lady in the office told me that they were behind so they weren't going to take my case right now. Which means that I will be over my 30 days and have to come up with more money and another insurance company before I can take my daughter to her therapies and hospital appointments. This place is awful! Would never recommend. I'm writing this to tell everyone do not go to Tim Pruitt if you wantto insure your family is taken care of"
